Activate PR #556 as the forward T104 package
ApproveThe guideline and three templates become active after merge; Program authority does not expand.
The architecture, dogfood, guideline, templates, six internal review cycles, and fresh adversarial CHECK001 now form one traceable decision package.
Approval makes the guideline and three templates the active forward T104 surfaces. It does not make the Research Proposal a formal subtype, mutate P standards or T102, prove provider independence, or close any receiving-owner work.
| Surface | Effect | State |
|---|---|---|
| Research guideline | New T104 forward procedure: roles, evidence, dispatch, custody, synthesis, review, escalation | Accepted |
| Brief / Handoff / Report | Three vertically integrated templates, including exact-byte external packet construction | Accepted |
| Evidence and review | Six immutable pairs plus final CHECK001 Analysis and execution-loop lineage | Complete |
| P / T102 / Proposal subtype | No receiving-owner mutation; route and preserve only | Explicit residue |
Mark each item as reviewed. The state stays in this browser only; the durable decision is your explicit response in the task or parent ledger.
The guideline and three templates become active after merge; Program authority does not expand.
Internal Brief; one sanitized exact packet with thin binding; one-shot dispatch; immutable raw custody; declared provider metadata only.
.txt transport projectionUse it for checksum-bound external bytes under communication/internal/, paired with governed coordination and hashes; migrate on extension.
Issue #552 stays terminal cancelled/absorbed. No duplicate Analysis, HTML, CBI, or COMM is needed.
TK001.1 remains bounded evidence; subtype, golden, staging, P-level Research, and T102 lifecycle decisions stay with their owners.
Four limitations are visible and independently assessed; none contaminated the final candidate or widened authority.
Record the GDR first; then verify the gate-only delta, merge PR #556, close the parent/board, preserve routes, and run governed cleanup.
A transient shared-worktree draft cannot be attributed before Developer adoption; hashes and clean role commits preserve final integrity.
Inert HTML comments intentionally sit inside the external bytes to make the invariant body mechanically testable.
The first attempt timed out without merits. The valid Opus/xhigh attempt used no persistent session and returned “No findings.”
17 errors / 99 warnings are historical or evidence-prefix residue; CHECK001 reproduced no template defect.
No condition blocks acceptance. Downstream owner work remains explicit residue rather than a hidden completion claim.
